1. Who We Are

INDULGENCE GRUP LLC ("Indulgence," "we," "us") is a Florida-registered company based in Tampa, United States, arranging private ground transportation and related concierge requests in the Dominican Republic. This Policy explains the personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and your choices.

2. Data We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Identity and contact details: first and last name, email and phone.
  • Booking details: date, time, pickup and destination, flight number, passenger count, luggage, special requirements and notes.
  • Communications: messages and requests for changes, cancellation or refunds.

Payment data: the website currently does not collect payment. If our team provides an authorized Stripe payment link, Stripe receives and stores your card details; Indulgence does not store your full card number. When a payment is processed, we receive limited transaction information: amount, date, status, last four digits and card brand.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and cookies collected automatically when you use the website.

We do not request unnecessary sensitive information. Please do not include health or other sensitive data in notes unless strictly necessary for your service, such as reduced mobility requirements.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Process, confirm and fulfill bookings.
  • Collect payments and manage refunds or credits.
  • Communicate about confirmations, changes, flight delays and reminders.
  • Handle inquiries, claims and disputes.
  • Prevent fraud and secure transactions.
  • Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • Improve the website and, with your consent, send promotional information.

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell personal data. We share it only in the following circumstances:

a) Service providers (processors):

  • Stripe: payment processing, refunds and fraud prevention when an authorized Stripe payment link is used. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • HighLevel: forms, bookings, customer relationship management (CRM) and communications by email, text and other channels.
  • Web hosting, email and operational tools necessary to provide the service.

These providers may use data only to provide services to us.

b) Independent transportation providers: we share only the booking information needed by the assigned provider: passenger name, contact phone, pickup and destination, date and time, flight number, passenger count, luggage and special requirements. Providers must use this information only to deliver the requested service, not for their own marketing.

c) Legal obligations: we may disclose information when required by law, court order or a competent authority, or to protect rights and safety and prevent fraud.

d) Business transfers: data may be transferred in a merger, sale or reorganization, subject to equivalent confidentiality obligations.

5. Text Messages and WhatsApp

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive booking-related messages, including confirmations, changes, delays, reminders and receipts. Promotional messages require express consent. Carrier message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Mobile contact information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for website operation, security and usage analysis. You can configure your browser to reject or delete cookies; some website features may be affected.

7. Data Retention

We retain data as long as necessary to provide service, resolve claims and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, generally 7 years for transaction records. We then delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and certified payment providers. No system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Contact [email protected] to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion subject to legal retention obligations, or removal from promotional communications. You may also use the unsubscribe link in emails or reply STOP to texts.

We respond within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We respect any additional rights provided by applicable law.

10. Minors

Our services are not directed to people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect minors' data. Minors may travel as accompanied passengers; information supplied by an adult about them is used only to provide service.

11. Storage in the United States

Your data is processed and stored in the United States, where we operate, or by providers operating under their own security policies.

12. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy by publishing a new version with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means.
